Account & Login
How do I reset my password?
Go to
platform.biz-catalyst.com and click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Platform → Settings → Profile and update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address before it takes effect.
How long does my login session last?
Your session lasts 7 days. After that, you'll need to log in again via Platform. This balances security with convenience.
Can I use Biz-Catalyst on my phone?
Yes! All our apps are mobile-friendly and work in your phone's browser. There's no native app to download — just visit the website as normal.
Billing & Subscriptions
How does the 90-day trial work?
New accounts get 90 days of full access to their chosen apps. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using the apps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Direct debit and invoice payment may be available for annual subscriptions — contact us to discuss.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged the difference prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrades: Contact us and we'll sort it out. We don't have an automated downgrade process because we'd rather talk to you and understand why — maybe there's something we can fix.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not happy, let us know within 30 days of any payment and we'll refund it, no questions asked. We'd rather have happy customers than unhappy revenue.
Do you charge per user?
No! Unlike most SaaS tools, we don't charge extra for additional users. Your subscription includes generous user limits (around 100), and if you need more, just ask — we'll sort it out without extra charges.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After that, it's permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion or export your data at any time.
Referrals
How does the referral programme work?
When someone you refer signs up and makes their first payment, you get that payment amount as credit on your account. No caps, no expiry, no limits. Refer a £150/month customer = £150 credit. Refer enough people and you might never pay again.
Where do I find my referral link?
Go to Platform → Settings → Referrals. You'll find your unique referral link there, along with stats on who you've referred and credits earned.
Can I get referral credits as cash?
No, credits can only be applied to your Biz-Catalyst subscription. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
Nope. Refer 100 people if you can. We're serious — if you're bringing us that much business, you deserve unlimited credits. (Though we may offer you a job at that point!)
Data & Security
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on secure servers in the UK. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Each app has export functionality for your data. You can also request a complete data export by contacting support.
Who can see my data?
Only users within your account can see your data. We (the Biz-Catalyst team) can access data for support purposes if needed, but we don't look at customer data without reason. We never share or sell your data to third parties.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're a UK company processing UK/EU data, so GDPR compliance is essential. You have full rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do you handle backups?
Databases are backed up daily with 30-day retention. Backups are stored securely and can be restored within hours if needed.
Using the Apps
Can I use multiple apps at the same time?
Absolutely. Open each app in a separate browser tab. They share your login, so you don't need to authenticate separately.
Do the apps integrate with each other?
Currently, the apps share authentication but are otherwise independent. We're planning deeper integrations based on what users request via Lightbulb. Got ideas? Vote for them at

Will you integrate with GoHighLevel (GHL)?
Yes! GHL integration is on our roadmap. Many EC members use GHL-based CRMs, so we're planning two-way sync for contacts, deals, and opportunities. Stay tuned.
