Biz-Catalyst is a bit different from other business software. Instead of one massive, complicated system, we've built a collection of focused apps — we call them "applettes" — each designed to do one job brilliantly.
Think of it like a building with different rooms:
Platform is the lobby — it's where you log in and choose which app to use
Each app is a room — you enter it to do specific work
Your login is your master key — one login works everywhere
When you subscribe, you choose which apps you want access to. You can always add more later, or upgrade to get everything.

Your First Login
Go to Platform
Visit platform.biz-catalyst.com and enter your email and password. If you've just signed up, check your email for login details.
See Your Dashboard
You'll see all the apps included in your subscription. Apps you don't have access to will be shown but greyed out.
Launch an App
Click any available app to open it. You'll be automatically logged in — no need to enter your password again.
Start Working
Each app has its own interface designed for its specific purpose. Look for the help link (usually a ? icon) if you need guidance for that particular app.

Navigating Between Apps
Moving between apps is simple:
To switch apps
Look for the "Back to Platform" or "All Apps" link, usually in the top navigation. This takes you back to your Platform dashboard where you can launch a different app.
Opening apps in new tabs
If you want to work in multiple apps at once, right-click the app on your dashboard and select "Open in new tab". Each app will stay logged in independently.
Bookmarking apps directly
Once you're logged in, you can bookmark any app's page. The next time you visit that bookmark, you'll go straight to that app (as long as your session is still active).
Session Duration
Your login session lasts 7 days. After that, you'll need to log in again via Platform. This keeps your account secure while minimising how often you need to enter your password.
Inviting Team Members
Most Biz-Catalyst plans include multiple users. Here's how to add your team:
Go to Platform Settings
From your Platform dashboard, click "Settings" or the gear icon, then select "Team" or "Users".
Click "Invite User"
Enter their email address and choose their role (Admin or User). Admins can invite others and manage settings; Users can use the apps but can't change account settings.
They'll Receive an Email
The invited person will get an email with a link to set up their password and access your account.
User Roles
Owner — Full control, including billing and account deletion. There's always exactly one owner.
Admin — Can invite users, manage team settings, and use all apps.
User — Can use all apps you've subscribed to, but can't change account settings.
No Per-User Pricing
Unlike most SaaS tools, we don't charge extra for additional users. Your subscription includes generous user limits (~100), and if you need more, just ask — we'll sort it out.
Understanding Your Subscription
Subscription Tiers
Starter (£75/month) — 1 app of your choice
Professional (£150/month) — 3 apps of your choice
Ultimate (£500/month) — All current and future apps, forever
Alpha testers receive 50% off for life as a thank-you for helping shape the platform.
Trial Period
New accounts start with a 90-day trial. You have full access to your chosen apps during this period. No credit card required until you're ready to subscribe.
Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade at any time from Platform Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you need to downgrade, contact us and we'll sort it out — no tricks, no friction.
Referral Credits
Love Biz-Catalyst? Tell others! When someone you refer signs up and pays, you get their first month's subscription as credit on your account. No caps, no expiry, no limits. Refer enough people and you might never pay again.
