Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple, in the same spirit as our pricing: no tricks.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No phone calls, no retention scripts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Because billing is monthly and you can try the platform on a free trial before paying, we don't offer refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation.
We will always refund promptly and in full where something has gone wrong on our side. For example, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or being charged after a confirmed cancellation. If you think that's happened, email enquiries@biz-catalyst.com with the details and we'll sort it out.
If something else feels unfair, tell us anyway. We'd rather hear about it and use our discretion than hide behind policy.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we'll notify you and retry. Your access continues unaffected during an initial grace period; if the payment remains outstanding your account moves to read-only and eventually locked status. Full access is restored as soon as payment succeeds; nothing is deleted in the meantime, and you can export your data at any point, whatever your account status.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under UK law that cannot be excluded.
